With 30 years of experience in food and beverage, 15 of them in Malaysia, Matthieu started off as a waiter in Paris moving his way through Europe nad up the ranks from Edinburgh, Wales, London and Melbourne before finally settling in Malaysia where he was EXCO, Director of Operations for the La Bodega group, and Head of Operations at  The BIG group before ultimately setting-up his own shop in 2015 under the Coolcats banner.
